I would have rated 5 stars but the shipping was longer than expected. But that aside they arrived well packed with no damage. Their customer service was amazing with prompt responses and updates. These pendants replaced small glass pendants that were not properly scaled to the openness of the room. These look amazing and give the area more illumination and the sophistication that it was lacking. These pendants are well crafted and were not complicated to install. Again I'm so pleased and happy with them.
I hung one in the hallway and it completely upgraded the vibe. The alabaster design adds just the right texture and tone.
